What we text
Rampart Computers sends and receives text messages from our business number, 918-394-5100, to provide customer care to the people and businesses we serve. Messages may include:
- Replies to questions you text us.
- Follow-up on quote requests.
- Appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders for on-site, in-store and remote service.
- Repair and support ticket updates, such as when your computer is ready for pickup.
- Service alerts and account or billing notices.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in
You agree to receive text messages from Rampart Computers when you:
- Check the “Yes, text me” box on our quote form. The box is optional and is never checked for you.
- Text us first at 918-394-5100.
- Ask us in person, by phone or by email to text you about your service. We note your request on your account or service ticket.
Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your requests and service activity. Most customers receive a few messages per service request.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Rampart Computers does not charge for text messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, STOPALL or REVOKE. We will send one message confirming you have opted out and will not text you again unless you opt back in. To start again, reply START or UNSTOP, or ask us. You can also opt out by calling 918-394-5100 or emailing info@rampartcomputers.com.

Reply HELP to any message, call 918-394-5100 or email info@rampartcomputers.com. We are available Monday through Friday 9–6 and Saturday 10–2 (Central).
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and coverage.
Privacy
We use your mobile number only as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.
Changes and contact
