Can we keep our phone numbers?
In most cases, yes. Local and toll-free numbers can usually be transferred to new service. We handle the request and schedule the switch so you are not left without phones.
Is our internet good enough for VoIP?
Most business connections are, but voice is sensitive to an overloaded or poorly configured network. We check your connection and firewall before switching and can give voice traffic priority.
Do you support phone systems Rampart didn't sell?
Yes. We troubleshoot and maintain most VoIP phones and services, and we work with your current provider on problems that need their help.
How does 911 work with VoIP?
VoIP 911 calls use the address registered for each line. We set and check the emergency address for your location as part of setup, and update it if you move.
